“Today, Azerbaijan is known not only in the region but also internationally for its construction work,” Head of the Baku City Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Rashad Gasimov said at the opening ceremony of the III Forum titled “Public processes in the media space,” APA reports.
He noted that Azerbaijan’s hosting of World Urban Forum 13 is a clear example of this:
“The registration of nearly 25,000 representatives from various countries to participate in WUF13 once again proves this. This process must be properly conveyed to the public. In this regard, a great responsibility falls on the media,” he emphasized.
