President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening ceremony of the first residential complex consisting of 104 apartments built in the city of Zangilan on May 10, met with families relocating there, delivered a speech, and presented apartment keys to the residents, APA reports.
The head of state later laid the foundation stone for the “Zangilan City Park Hotel” in the city of Zangilan.
