This is my second visit to Avaza, said President Ilham Aliyev in a press statement following the high-level meeting between Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the city of Turkmenbashi, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Turkmenistan reports.
The head of state said that the development here shows that the country is in reliable hands: “All cities and villages are developing, new cities are being built.”
The President of Azerbaijan also emphasized the importance of the twinning of Turkmenistan’s city of Arkadag with Azerbaijan’s city of Fuzuli and assessed it as a sign of the high level of relations.
