Azerbaijani leader congratulates Slovak President on Constitution Day

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Slovak Republic, Peter Pellegrini, on the occasion of Constitution Day, APA reports.
