Russia has never had and will never have the desire to attack anyone, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in China, APA reports.
He called "the hysteria on this issue in the European Union a provocation or complete incompetence."
"They are experts in fairy tales and scary movies," Putin added.
