On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Victory, the General Prosecutor’s Office organized a conference at the Zangilan Congress Center themed “Five Years of Victory: Triumph of Statehood and Law,” APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev opened the event with an introductory speech, speaking about the deep moral and historical significance of the fifth anniversary of the Victory.
As part of the conference, a video clip dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the Victory was shown, discussions were held, and a commemorative photo was taken at the end.
Later, within the framework of the conference, a tree-planting campaign was held on the territory of the Zangilan Congress Center.

On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of Victory, a conference titled “Five Years of Victory: Triumph of Statehood and Law” is being held at the Zangilan Congress Center by the Prosecutor General’s Office, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
The Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Zangilan, Gubadli, and Jabrayil districts Vahid Hajiyev, the Military Prosecutor of Azerbaijan Bahruz Ahmadov, the Head of the Main Department of Internal Security and Investigation of the Ministry of Defense, Major General Azer Ibrahimov, members of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), heads of NGOs, members of the Bar Association, and other public representatives are participating in the conference.
Before the event, the participants visited the bust of Heydar Aliyev in the village of Agali and the Alley of Martyrs located in the city of Zangilan.
