Deputy Prime Minister / Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar received a phone call from the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs shared on X account, APA reports.
FM Bayramov conveyed condolences on behalf of the President, government, and people of Azerbaijan, extending prayers for the victims of the Islamabad blast and solidarity with Pakistan. Strongly condemning the attack, DPM and FM reiterated Pakistan’s resolve to fight the menace of terrorism.
Both leaders also discussed current regional and international developments of mutual interest, and reaffirmed the enduring partnership between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
