The European Union and its member states have provided more than 360 million euros in support of demining efforts in Ukraine since 2022, APA reports.
This was stated in the EU’s statement on the International Day for Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action.
The statement emphasized that as the largest donor in Ukraine, the EU supports specialized equipment, detection dogs, and the clearance and restoration of land contaminated by explosive remnants of war.
