According to operational data for January-March 2026, a total of 6.6 million tons of oil (including condensate) was produced in Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Energy told APA-Economics.
Of this volume, 3.9 million tons were generated from the Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli field, 0.9 million tons from Shah Deniz, and 0.1 million tons from the Absheron field. Oil production (including condensate) by SOCAR amounted to 1.7 million tons.
“During this period, 5.2 million tons of oil (including condensate) were exported. Of the total exports, 4.8 million tons accounted for consortiums, 0.3 million tons for SOCAR, and 0.1 million tons for JOCAP,” the Ministry noted.
