On July 2, the 6th OIC Business Forum will take place in the city of Shusha, organized by the Ministry of Economy, the Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), the Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and the OIC Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Economy told APA-Economics.
The event will be held within the framework of the OIC Week, organized for the first time on the initiative of Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev.
The forum aims to promote investment and trade in the OIC region, strengthen cooperation among business circles, and support sustainable economic development.
The event will discuss opportunities to diversify cooperation in the food, agriculture, textile, ICT, tourism, transport, and circular economy sectors, among other issues. Meetings in “business-to-government” (B2G) and “business-to-business” (B2B) formats will also be organized during the forum.
