Azerbaijan continues to expand energy infrastructure in the liberated territories, with a new substation project set for Khankendi. According to Azerishiq OJSC, the existing “Khankendi City” substation will be fully replaced with a modern facility, reflecting broader efforts to ensure stable electricity supply across the region, Azernews reports.
