Number of injured in Russia’s drone attack on Kyiv rises to 82 -UPDATED-2-VIDEO

The number of people injured in the attack on Kyiv by a Russian drone last night has reached 82, said the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Timur Tkachenko, APA reports citing UNIAN.

He said that 44 of the injured were hospitalized. Among the injured are 10 minors, five of whom are being treated in the hospital. The statement also noted that the youngest injured person is a 5-month-old baby.

The number of dead and injured in Kyiv has increased as a result of the Russian army's drone attack, APA reports, citing Ukrainian media.

Residential buildings were targeted during the attack, killing 6 civilians and injuring more than 50 others.

1 of the dead and 9 of the injured are minors.

One person has died and 43 others have been injured as a result of a drone strike by the Russian army in Kyiv, Mayor of the city Vitali Klitschko said, APA reports.

Klitschko did not provide any information about the condition of those hospitalized, 26 of whom were admitted to medical facilities.

The Russian army has launched drone attacks on various cities in Ukraine, APA reports citing the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Air Force Command.

It is reported that Russian military drones have been detected in several regions across Ukraine.

In the capital, Kyiv, eight people have already been injured as a result of the drone attacks, including two children, said Timur Tkachenko, Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration.

In addition, destruction and fires have been reported in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi and Sviatoshynskyi districts.
