A 3.5-magnitude earthquake struck Al Sila’a in Abu Dhabi during the early hours of Friday, August 8, 2025.
The tremor occurred at midnight local time at a shallow depth of three kilometers, News.Az reports, citing foreign media.
Some residents reportedly felt the mild shaking, but authorities confirmed there was no damage or significant impact from the quake. The NCM continues to monitor seismic activity in the region.
