At the US-Russia summit held in Alaska, the US was not going to conclude an agreement on Ukraine due to the absence of Kyiv.
This was stated by the acting assistant to the US president for national security, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, News.Az reports.
"We never said that there would be an agreement as a result of this meeting in Alaska. Because the Ukrainians were not there," Rubio noted.
