Russian forces launched missile strikes on the market in the city of Konstantinovka, Donetsk region, on August 20, Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration, wrote this on Telegram, APA reports citing RBC-Ukraine.
“At least three people have been killed and four injured. Russia launched eight ‘Smerch’ missile strikes on Konstantinovka — deliberately targeting the market,” Filashkin said.
He added that 15 trade pavilions, eight private houses, six apartment blocks, one shop, two cars and a power line were damaged.
“I emphasize once again: it is dangerous to remain in Donetsk region! Russia deliberately carries out such strikes to kill and injure civilians. Do not put yourselves at risk! Evacuate in time!” the regional head noted.
