Parliamentary elections in Armenia can be held between June 2 and June 12, 2026, in accordance with the Constitution, said Chairman of the Central Election Commission Vahan Ovakimyan, APA reports, citing Newsarmenia.
"The election day is determined by the president of the country, but a decree has not been issued yet. Everyone indicates June 7 as the election day, since it is the only Sunday during these dates," Ovakimyan said.
According to him, monitoring and control of the pre-election campaign, including financial transparency, will be carried out.
