President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has addressed a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
The letter reads:
“Mr. President, My Dear Brother,
On the occasion of your birthday, I sincerely congratulate you on behalf of my people and personally, and wish Your Excellency good health, prosperity, and a long life together with your family.
Thanks to Your Excellency’s capable leadership and far-sighted policy, the steady strengthening of Dear Azerbaijan and the increase of its authority in regional and international politics are a great source of satisfaction and pride for us.
I would like once again to emphasize my wish that the peace process implemented after the glorious Victory of the Patriotic War, the fifth anniversary of which we celebrated together, will result in a lasting agreement. I believe that a peaceful environment in which stability prevails in the Caucasus will serve the development of the entire region.
The brotherhood and solidarity relations between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, which have deep roots drawing their strength from history, continue to grow stronger every day in line with the principle “One nation, two states” bequeathed to us by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
