The Ukrainian army has carried out drone strikes on a rubber plant located in Russia’s Tula region, storage sites for unmanned boats in Crimea, an ammunition depot in the Luhansk region, and air defense facilities, APA reports.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Army published information about this on the Telegram channel.
According to the information, the products of the Yefremov Synthetic Rubber Plant, which was hit, are used in the production of plastic explosives and solid rocket fuel. As a result of the strike, a major fire broke out at the plant.
Earlier in the morning, reports also emerged that an oil refinery located near the Russian city of Saratov was targeted by a drone attack. Footage showing a large fire on the refinery’s premises has circulated on social media following the strike.
