Black box of Libyan plane crashed in Ankara to be examined in neutral country

Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made a statement regarding the crash of a plane carrying a Libyan delegation, APA's Türkiye bureau reports.

The minister said that the plane's voice recorder and the "black box" that records flight data will be examined in a neutral country in order to determine the cause of the accident.

"The examination of the voice recorder and the flight data recorder to determine the cause of the accident will be carried out in a neutral country," the minister emphasized.

Note that all those on board died as a result of the crash of the plane returning from an official visit to Türkiye from Ankara. Libyan Chief of General Staff General Mohammed Haddad and those accompanying him lost their lives in the tragic accident. Among the dead are the head of the ground forces headquarters, Lieutenant General Fituri Qaribil, Major General Mahmoud Katiwi, Advisor to the Libyan Chief of General Staff Mohammed Asawi Diab, as well as the photographer of the General Staff Media Office Mohammed Omar Ahmed Mahjoub.
