Russia has regularly conveyed its concerns to Türkiye over growing threats from the Ukrainian side to the infrastructure of the TurkStream and Blue Stream gas pipelines, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
According to him, the Kremlin believes Türkiye can use its influence to warn Kyiv against attacks on pipelines in the Black Sea.
“We regularly convey our concerns to our Turkish colleagues regarding the increasing threat to the infrastructure of the TurkStream and Blue Stream gas pipelines. We have repeatedly shared all details with the Turkish side and will continue to do so to keep them informed. We are confident that Türkiye can use its influence on the Ukrainian side to warn it against such reckless actions,” he said.
