U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that the King and Queen of the United Kingdom will pay a state visit to the United States from April 27 to 30, APA reports.
In a post on his Truth Social account, Trump said the visit will include a banquet dinner at the White House on the evening of April 28.
He noted that the occasion will be particularly significant as it coincides with the 250th anniversary of the United States.
“I look forward to spending time with the King, whom I greatly respect. It will be terrific!” Trump said.
