A ceasefire declared by Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Easter has come into effect, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
The ceasefire will last from 16:00 Moscow time on April 11 until the end of April 12.
It should be noted that on April 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a military ceasefire from 16:00 on April 11 until the end of April 12 in connection with the Easter holiday.
He instructed Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov and Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces – Commander of the Joint Group of Forces Valery Gerasimov to halt military operations in all directions during this period.
