The total capitalization of the global cryptocurrency market increased by 1.02% over the past 24 hours, reaching 2.54 trillion US dollars.
According to the data, the price of Bitcoin, the leading asset of the market, rose by 1.38% over 24 hours to 75,066 US dollars. On a weekly comparison, BTC increased by 5.74%.
The price of Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency, increased by 1.52% over the day to 2,357 US dollars. Over the past 7 days, ETH has gained 8.11%.
Among other major cryptocurrencies, BNB rose by 1.54% to 624.41 US dollars, Bitcoin Cash increased by 2.19% to 442.99 US dollars, and Aave climbed by 5.61% to 106.45 US dollars.
At the same time, declines were recorded in some assets. The price of Monero fell by 0.34% to 341.97 US dollars, while Zcash dropped by 3.13% to 341.74 US dollars.
Positive dynamics were also observed in gold-backed cryptocurrencies. PAX Gold rose by 0.04% to 4,821 US dollars, while Tether Gold increased by 0.17% to 4,811 US dollars.
According to analysts, the upward dynamics is linked to the return of large investors to the market and an increase in global risk appetite.
