“I would like to recall that the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia and the delegation he led visited the city of Gabala, where issues related to the bilateral agenda, as well as trade, economic matters, and the delimitation and demarcation of borders were discussed," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, told journalists while commenting on the visit of Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev to Armenia, APA reports.
“The visit of Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev and the delegation he led was also carried out in accordance with the principle of reciprocity. As noted in the information provided to the media following the visit, various issues were discussed, including trade relations as part of the normalization agenda between the two countries, as well as border delimitation and demarcation, and other matters. We believe that such reciprocal visits will continue in the future,” Hikmet Hajiyev emphasized.
