Naryzhna emphasized that previously, such information was often a static part of recovery strategies and urban planning documentation.
"However, crisis response requires a more flexible approach. Therefore, we began looking for a way to transform this data into a dynamic tool," she said.
As a result, the Urban Recovery Planning System platform was created, designed to visualize and manage data for government partners.
According to the founder of Urban Reform, the system allows government agencies to reuse, update, and apply the collected information in further recovery planning.
