Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said that the steps taken by the Ukrainian leadership show that they are not interested in a sustainable and long-term solution to the conflict, APA reports, citing "TASS" agency.
Noting that Russia supports the principles of security guarantees for Ukraine agreed in Istanbul in 2022, Lavrov said that other attempts in this area are without perspective.
"In fact, Europe is proposing foreign intervention in a part of Ukrainian territory - which is completely unacceptable for Moscow," Lavrov noted.
