A fire has broken out at the "Sederak" shopping center located in the Garadagh district of Baku, prompting an immediate emergency response from multiple agencies, APA reports.
According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, police officers were quickly dispatched to the scene and are currently securing the area. Security and other necessary measures have been implemented to ensure public safety.
The fire was first reported at 12:08 PM via the "112" emergency hotline, the Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed. In response, units from the State Fire Protection Service and the Special Risk Rescue Service were immediately deployed to the location.
Firefighting operations are actively ongoing, and authorities are working to bring the situation under control. The extent of the damage and whether there are any casualties has not yet been confirmed.
