The European Commission is expected to propose the 19th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation this week, APA reports, citing Sky News.
The new package will be submitted no later than September 12.
It is expected that the list will also include "banks from two Central Asian countries."
Recall that in the previous package of sanctions, two Chinese banks and India's largest oil refinery Nayara were subject to restrictions.
