Wheat-loaded train transits through Azerbaijan to reach Armenia-PHOTO-VIDEO

In line with President Ilham Aliyev’s statement in Kazakhstan on removing all post-occupation restrictions on cargo transit to Armenia, a wheat-loaded train has traveled to Armenia via Azerbaijan, APA reports.

At 00:15 on November 4, 15 wagons carrying a total of 1,048.8 tons of wheat were cleared for transit from the Russian Federation through Azerbaijan and Georgia and sent to Armenia’s Dalarik station.

Note that on October 21 of this year, during his state visit to Kazakhstan, President Ilham Aliyev announced that Azerbaijan had removed all restrictions on cargo transit to Armenia that had been in place since the occupation.
