Secretary General of CICA congratulates President Ilham Aliyev on his birthday

The Secretary General of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia, Kairat Sarybay, has addressed a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occassion of his birthday, APA reports.
