Binali Yildirim congratulates Azerbaijani President on his birthday

Binali Yıldırım, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States, has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
