Armenia operated at the expense of other states in previous periods, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan shared on his Facebook account, APA reports.
“In the past, the Republic of Armenia existed at the expense of other states and for them. Today, however, the Republic of Armenia exists at its own expense, at the expense of its own citizens, and for them,” Pashinyan stated.
