Demonstrations against the policies of US President Donald Trump will be held across the country on October 18, the organizers of the No Kings campaign said, APA reports.
"On October 18, millions of people will once again come out to demonstrate to the world that the United States has no kings, the power belongs to the people," the report says.
"In June, the world saw the power of the people, and President Trump's attempt to hold a coronation ceremony for himself failed under the resistance of people who opposed Trump's abuse of power. Now he is redoubling his efforts - sending the army into our communities, depriving voters of the right to vote, distributing gifts to billionaires. Democracy against dictatorship," the organizers noted.
They expect at least 5-6 million people to demonstrate across the country in October.
