The agreement between the Russian government and the Ukrainian government in the fields of culture, science, and education has been terminated, APA’s Moscow bureau reports, citing the statement by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“As of August 28, 2025, the agreement signed on July 26, 1995, in Moscow between the Russian government and the Ukrainian government in the fields of culture, science, and education has been terminated,” the statement published on the official legal information portal says.
