Kazakh Foreign Minister Yerzhan Kosherbayev and Transport Minister Nurlan Sauranbayev, who are on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Martyrs on April 8, APA reports.
The memory of the heroic sons of the Motherland who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s freedom and independence was honored, fresh flowers were laid at their graves, and a wreath was placed in front of the Eternal Flame monument.
The guests, who viewed the panorama of Baku from the city’s highest point, were provided with detailed information about the history of the Alley of Martyrs and the landscaping and construction works carried out in the capital.
The delegation also visited Victory Park and laid a wreath at the monument.
