President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening ceremony of Shukurbeyli village in the Jabrayil district on May 9, APA reports.
The head of state and the First Lady reviewed the conditions created at the school building designed for 360 students and in the private houses built in the village, and met with residents who have relocated there.
President Ilham Aliyev presented the residents with the keys to their homes.
Later, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva reviewed the construction of the 150-bed Jabrayil District Central Hospital building.
Afterwards, the head of state attended the opening ceremony of the 330 kV “Shafaq” substation of AzerEnerji in Soltanli village of the Jabrayil district.
