As of July 1, 2025, Azerbaijan’s monetary base amounted to AZN 21.4713 billion, APA reports, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan
The monetary base increased by 4.1% or AZN 841.6 million compared to the previous month.
Data shows that the monetary base has grown by 2.7% since the beginning of the year and by 5.2% over the past year.
The monetary base includes cash in circulation and bank reserves (both free and mandatory reserves of commercial banks).
