Persons attempting to violate the state border were detained, State Border Service told APA.
Measures to ensure reliable protection of the state border and combat illegal migration are being successfully continued. As a result of the vigilance of the border guards in the service area of the “Zagatala” border detachment of Border Troops of the State Border Service (SBS), 2 (two) citizens of the People's Republic of Bangladesh - Mon Pabon Chandra, born in 1985, and MD Raju, born in 2001, were detained while attempting to violate the state border from the Republic of Azerbaijan to Georgia.
Operational-investigative measures are continuing on the fact.
