At today’s plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament), the draft law “On the Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye on Strengthening Mutual Military Security” was put up for discussion, APA reports.
The “Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye on Strengthening Mutual Military Security” was signed on July 22, 2025, in Istanbul by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Türkiye.
After the discussions, the draft document was put to a vote and adopted in one reading.
