Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has announced information for 2025 regarding operations conducted in the liberated territories, APA reports.
According to ANAMA, 4963 anti-personnel mines, 1861 anti-tank mines, and 52392 unexploded ordnances (UXOs) were found in Tartar, Aghdam, Aghdara, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Khojaly, Khankandi, Kalbajar, Khojavand, Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan, as well as in the liberated villages of Baghanis Ayrim, Ashaghi Askipara, Kheyrimli, and Gizilhajili in the Gazakh district.
It was noted that 69,205.7 hectares of land were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
