Since the start of the military operation against Iran, numerous injuries have been reported among US forces.
According to ABC News, citing the Pentagon, a total of 348 US service members have been injured since the beginning of the operation.
Of those, 315 have already returned to duty, while at least 10 remain in serious condition. Statistics indicate that, on average, around 11 American troops are injured each day.
Earlier, General Dan Caine, head of US Central Command, stated that most of the injuries were caused by Iranian drone strikes.
According to official data, 13 US service members have been killed during the fighting.
