As reported, US and Israeli forces have struck a large bridge under construction in the Iranian city of Karaj.
Correspondent of APA's Tehran bureau was at the scene.
As a result of the strikes, the entrance and middle sections of the bridge were damaged and rendered unusable.
The bridge, which was targeted twice, had not been fully operational before.
Known as the B1 bridge, it connects Karaj with Tehran and Qazvin in terms of energy and logistics.
The bridge is approximately one kilometer long and 136 meters high.
The implementation of the project began 10 years ago, and it is reported that it was attacked on the eve of its opening. According to the latest official information, 13 people were killed as a result of the attack.
Official Tehran condemned the attack on the bridge, calling strikes on civilian infrastructure unacceptable.
