A delegation of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), led by Secretary General Martin Chungong, visited the Alley of Honors in Baku on May 4, APA reports.
The IPU delegation paid tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev, founder and architect of the modern independent Azerbaijani state, and laid flowers at his tomb.
