Mixed dynamics were observed in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours, APA-Economics reports.
On the CoinMarketCap platform, the price of Bitcoin decreased by 0.33% over the past 24 hours to $77,837, and its market capitalization stood at $1.558 trillion. The price of Ethereum increased by 0.07% to $2,332, with a market value of $281.6 billion.
BNB fell by 0.30% to $630.51, Bitcoin Cash declined by 1.10% to $449.64. The price of Monero rose by 2.26% to $385, Bittensor increased by 1.51% to $250.82, while Zcash decreased by 1.46% to $352.69.
Changes were also recorded in gold-backed tokens. The price of PAX Gold increased by 0.25% to $4,706, while Tether Gold rose by 0.16% to $4,700.
The total market capitalization decreased by 0.08% over the past 24 hours to $2.6 trillion. The overall picture shows that although some assets recorded gains, the general dynamics remain weak. The “Fear & Greed Index” at 45 indicates that investors remain cautious.
Analysts believe that the uncertainty in the market is mainly related to global macroeconomic expectations, signals regarding central banks’ interest rate policies, and weakening investor interest in risk assets.
