The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Uganda on the Exemption of Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports from Visa Requirements” has been ratified, APA reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed the Law in this regard.
Note that the Agreement was signed in Kampala on October 15, 2025.
