IRGC arrests 103 people on charges of spying for US and Israel

Since the start of the war, 103 people have been arrested in Iran on charges of spying for the United States and Israel, the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said in a statement,  Daneşcu reports.

It was stated that among those detained are members of a four-person group who intended to carry out sabotage against Tehran’s electricity network infrastructure.

Another group of four monarchist supporters accused of attempting to destabilize public order in the streets has also been detained.

Among those arrested are five armed individuals who planned to attack checkpoints.

The remaining 90 individuals are accused of transmitting coordinates of sensitive locations and images of strike points to opposition media.

“It has also been noted that measures were taken against 16 Starlink device owners and 400 individuals selling tools to bypass cyber restrictions,” the statement said.
