The Pentagon has evacuated troops from several US bases in the Middle East following Iranian attacks.

Hundreds of sailors were evacuated to the United States after Iran launched a missile and drone attack on a base in Bahrain, the report said. Evacuations are also underway from other bases in the region.
The report states that approximately 1,500 service members and their families have been evacuated from the base in Bahrain, which is home to the US Navy's 5th Fleet.
Before the US and Israeli military operation against Iran, approximately 8,000 people served at this base.
